Smart Procurement South Africa are pleased to bring you the exciting 2nd Annual Africa Procurement & Enterprise Development Summit 2019 hosted by the Purchasing & Supply (PRAZ), the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe Zambia Institute of Purchasing & Supply (ZIPS) The Malawi Institute of Procurement & Supply.

These organisations share a vision that sees Enterprise Development as a global movement that, when implemented correctly simulates sustainable economic growth and transforms supply chains. The exclusive invite only event is part of Africa’s longest standing and largest procurement and inbound supply chain indaba, Smart Procurement World and will be attended by Government Officials and senior Procurement & SCM Executives in the region. This platform is aimed at assisting procurement professionals better understand the demands placed on them to source local content and provides them with an opportunity to source SMMEs who can fit into their business structure. Procurement is now at the heart of every organisation. It’s no wonder that Africa is embracing it as an effective lever to achieve socioeconomic aspirations. The summit will examine the feasibility of creating platforms necessary for Small Businesses to grow until they become real industry players.

Over the years, we have seen Africa embracing newer models of business to create more opportunities for economic growth.
