The presentation will give an overview of the financial implications of COVID 19 on your SME business and the underlying economic fundamentals driving the depreciation of the kwacha. What are the lessons and positioning yourself for post COVID 19.


Trevor Hambayi, a Financial Analyst and recently completed a PhD research study focusing on Access to Finance for SMEs is a Senior Partner with Development Finance Associates (DFA). DFA works to support SME increase access to finance and is developing financing platforms to enhance the opportunity for SMEs. He has over 25 years of work experience in the commercial sector as well as an entrepreneur. He has authored a book chapter, published more than 6 international articles, a mentor and advocate for improved support to SMEs both locally and internationally.
