Beers and lagers
First brewed in the Pils Region of the Czech Republic nearly 200 years ago, today lagers are by far the most popular category of beers in the world. Lager beers are usually top fermented in cooler temperature-controlled vats, creating a pale, smooth and easily drinkable beverage.
Ales, stouts and weisse
Ales, Stouts, IPA, APA, wheat beer are usually bottom fermented beers with variations of hops, spices and roasting, including maturing in different environments and casks. These beers can range from simple tastes to complex colors; from light and fruity to black and toasted.
Ciders
Traditionally a dry fermented Apple drink, today cider is made in a range of fruit flavors from very sweet to very dry, some are even aged in barrels.
