Terms of hire:

• Client has up to 3 instalments to pay – first 25% secures the venue
• Charges are exclusive of a 10% mandatory legislative levy
• The Retreat has a time limit of 21:00 hours for late events due to the housing estate around us
• Glassware is not provided for decor but all drinks served are done so in an appropriate glass (decor glasses can be hired separately at k 5 per glass)
• Event numbers must include bridal parties in case of weddings and protocol staff
• Live bands are not permitted for any event going beyond 18:00hrs
• Corkage is permitted for beer/wine and spirits at K30 per person while all softies must be bought from the restaurant
