Preparation: Saute onion in oil until brown. Add garlic. Add chicken and fry until lightly browned. Add 1 can pure coconut milk and ginger. Let it boil until halfdone. Add bell peppers, green beans and tomatoes. Season with salt, lime juice, crushed pepper and coriander. Boil for 5 minutes and then remove from the heat to simmer down. Finally, stir-in Moringa powder 5 minutes before serving.
*Add fresh chopped chilli to taste. This dish is best served with rice.
