The label specializes in both Afrocentric and Western designs, with all designs created by Faith herself. Her team of qualified tailors help bring her creative designs to life. Fay Designs supplies clothing to stores in South Africa and has clients from all over Zambia, as well as the USA, UK, Switzerland, and Germany.

Aside from her fashion house, Faith has also opened a school where she teaches various fashion skills. Fay Designs' fashion designing department has embarked on a project of a fashion school to train and empower youths and women with various fashion skills and also connect them to other fashion designers in the country who are lacking skilled labor.
