From the 12th of March 2014 there are four fantastic prizes up for grabs! Every week for 4 weeks a new winner will be drawn and announced. Enter the #PointAndPose competition (from the 12th of March) to be in with a chance of winning:

How to enter the competition

Participating members of thebestofzambia.com have a publicly displayed membership sticker — you’ll spot them in places like shop windows and reception areas.

When you spot a sticker, it’s time to #PoseAndPoint! Take a picture that captures you, the sticker and your surroundings. The picture is proof of your find. To enter the competition just post the picture on our Facebook wall. Full competition entry rules will be published on competition launch day, 12th March 2014.

Make sure you check back via our Facebook to see if you are a winner! Each week prizes will be drawn and announced after 11:00 hours on the following Tuesday:

#PointAndPose is an initiative of thebestofzambia.com to promote thebestofzambia.com and its members.

The #PointAndPose will run from 10:00 hours on the 12th of March 2014 to 12:00 hours on the 8th of April. It is a weekly giveaway program with a weekly prize draw. New prizes will be announced around 10:00 hours every Tuesday for four weeks on the following dates:

No purchase is necessary from thebestofzambia.com or thebestofzambia.com members whose locations competition participants will need to visit.

The competition is open to all individuals over the age of 18 or younger if they have permission for their parent/guardian to take part. Employees of the Best of Zambia cannot take part. Employees of prize sponsors can take part as long as they do not submit photos at their own premises.

Participants may enter the competition by uploading their own photos of thebestofzambia.com membership stickers in location. They must picture themselves in shot. The photos must be uploaded on to Facebook or Twitter, and be deemed to qualify for competition entry.

Each participant can only submit one picture per location as an entry to the competition. But each participant can submit multiple pictures for entry as long as they are from different sticker locations. Participants who do not win a prize will be carried forward and go into the draw for the following prizes.

By entering into this competition and submitting photos, participants grant the Best of Zambia a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the intellectual property as vested in the photos. Participants declare that they are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights of the uploaded and/or tagged photo and indemnify thebestofzambia.com for any intellectual property claims regarding the uploaded and/or tagged photo.

Winners will be selected by thebestofzambia.com at their sole discretion at the end of the submission period. Winners will be featured and displayed on thebestofzambia.com social media channels, websites and may be also printed. The name of overall winners will be announced on the 18th and 25th of March 2014, and on the 1st and 8th of April 2014, onwards. In the event that thebestofzambia.com cannot for any reason get in contact with the winner within one week of the winning announcement, thebestofzambia.com reserves the right to select another winner at its sole discretion.

To enter the competition, submissions must be received before the end of each competition period. Submissions received after 12:00 hours of a weekly competition cycle has ended will be carried forward to the next prize until the final weekly cycle. thebestofzambia.com’s decisions regarding the administration and operation of the competition and the selection of the winners are final and binding and not open for discussion or correspondence.

The prizes are to be redeemed according to the terms of the third party sponsor. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions are allowed. The prize, or any unused portion thereof, cannot be returned, is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
