Lynx - Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with all the grapes coming from the Estate. On the nose, you have a bouquet of Violets intertwined with aromas of black and blueberries and a hint of Tobacco. On the pallet, you have an elegant tannin structure with dark berries, cassis and a long finish.
