Rich and Intense Red Wines Deep, fruit-driven and jammy. Filled with ripe, rich fruit and a plethora of spices, this style is typified by Australian Shiraz, Sonoma Zinfandel and Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Deep garnet red colour. Lush red berry flavours provided by the 55% Merlot, complimented by the rich black berry fruit concentration from the 45% Cabernet Sauvignon. A medium bodied, well integrated wine with supple tannins and a memorable persistence.
