Polifast Ammonium Polyphosphate Concentrate Starter Fertilizer

Characteristics

Slow release of source of phosphate provides controlled delivery of nutrients to maintain even growth

• -Polifast has a unique mixture of different polymers that ensure phosphorus remains readily available under all conditions
• -Polifast has a unique ability to free up insoluble micro-elements which are locked in the soil and unavailable to the plant
• -Premixed in careful controlled ratios so that the crop receives the essential nutrients specific to its growth stage.

• -High concentration reduces quantity of product needed and saves on packaging and freight cost

Compatibility

• Polifast is compatible with a wide range of commonly used spray chemicals. When mixing with other chemicals, always mix a small quantity and check with other chemicals, always mix a small quantity and check for precipitation (fall out) in mixture. if precipitation occurs, DO No proceed with application. If mixture does not precipitate, test a small area of the crop prior to treatment of the whole crop

Storage and Handling

• Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight, avoiding temperature extremes in the original and unopened container. Agitate this container prior to use and replace lid after use

Mixing Instructions

• Half fill the spray tank with clean water, add the required quantity of Polifast. Fill the mixing tank with water, as well as the amount of oil needed, to the required level while maintaining agitation to ensure thorough mixing of the mixture before usage commences. Tank mixtures must be used immediately and are not allowed to stand in the tank overnight. Ensure the agitation takes place for a few minutes prior to the commencement of usage after normal operation stops (e.g. lunch break). Equipment must be thoroughly flushed out at the end of the spraying operations

Application Rates

Field Crops- Apply as required, wet foliage evenly to drip. When practical use, higher water rates

• -Foliar: 5-10 L/Ha,
• -Soil Application (with Seeds): 6-12 L/ha

Horticultural Crops- Apply as required, wet foliage evenly to drip. When practical, use higher water rates. DO NOT APPLY IN HEAT OF DAY

• -Foliar: 3-5 L/Ha
• -Soil Application (with Seeds): 4-10 L/Ha

Tree Crops- At transplanting apply as a soil drench around young trees. Apply as required when practical, use higher water rates

• -Seedling Transplants: 10-20 L/Ha (20ml/tree)
• -Coffee: 10-15 L/Ha
• -Rice: 5-5 L/Ha

*Minimum Dilution: A dilution of 1:100 means 1 part product : 100 parts water. In hot weather use higher dilution rates

If Swallowed

• Call a poison centre or a doctor if you feel unwell.
• If in Eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: get medical advice/attention
