It’s possible to do anything in life if you take the time. Apparently, 10,000 hours is all it takes to become the next David Attenborough or Wimbledon tennis star. Luckily for the quality of Wimbledon tennis, our Mum spent her hours perfecting delicious biscuit recipes in our family kitchen instead. Twenty years on, her stunningly edible honey butter shortbread biscuits are made by her sons, at the Wedgewood Farm Bakery. We still use only the finest ingredients, such as real farm butter and honey straight from our beekeepers, and a pinch of love mixed into every batch, just the way our Mum made them.
