Prudential Medical Scheme

Each cover level has Out-patient benefits and In-patient benefits, covering medical expenses of members incurred within Zambia as well as those incurred when evacuated to pre-determined countries depending on the policy plan.

Out-patient services are the day-to-day hospital visits which includes consultation, lab tests and medication as well optical and dental services.

In-patient services are rendered when a member is admitted into a medical facility, including accommodation, doctors' fees and medication.
