DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEM INSTALLED AND HANDED OVER IN MUNYUMBWE

SARO Agro has successfully completed the installation and handover of a drip irrigation system, complete with a 1.5HP solar water pump and water storage tanks, in Munyumbwe.

The system was acquired through the Public Service Micro Finance Company (PSMFC) under its agricultural equipment financing scheme. The installation will support the cultivation of onions, maize, and cabbage, enabling year-round production and efficient water usage.

PSMFC offers affordable loans to civil servants, including those in ZAF, ZNS, Zambia Army, and Quasi-Government institutions that have a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PSMFC.

SARO continues to support farmers and public service workers by providing sustainable irrigation solutions backed by technical expertise, reliable equipment, and ongoing service support.
