State-of-the-art roofing manufacturing plant

ClassEcon Roofing Africa operates a state-of-the-art roofing manufacturing plant in Lusaka’s Chinika Industrial Area. Established in 2010 with UK-backed investment, the plant is equipped with advanced profiling lines, slitting machines, and bull-nosing equipment, enabling the production of over 400,000 m² of roofing sheets monthly.

Using high-grade Chromadek coils from Arcelor Mittal, the company manufactures roofing sheets ranging from 0.21 mm to 0.80 mm, in galvanized, pre-painted steel, and custom materials like aluminium or stainless steel. Profiles include IBR, wide-span IBR, corrugated, and Q-tile styles.

To ensure longevity and leak resistance, ClassEcon incorporates anti-capillary kinks in most profiles and offers a full line of accessories such as ridges, valleys, ventilators, flashings, insulation films, and fasteners.
